Returns & Refunds Policy

We really hope that you're happy with your purchase! If you should change your mind, and wish to return anything that you have bought from, we'll be happy to refund or exchange a product provided that it is in its original condition and fully re-saleable. has a 14-day return policy for most items, however specific return periods may apply for certain types of items, while certain items are not returnable unless there is a problem with their quality. Unfortunately, unless they are faulty or not as described, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following item categories:

Returns should be made within 14 days of your purchase in original, undamaged packaging. In most cases original and undamaged packaging refers to the manufacturer's packaging that the product was delivered to you in. An item being returned should also be returned with any accessories, manuals and items that may have been bundled with the item.

If the product being returned is not in a fully re-saleable condition, or the packaging is damaged, or accessories, manuals or bundled items may be missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.


What happens once we receive the returned item(s)?

· The quality check is processed on the reason of return communicated to our customer service team. If for any reason you wish to examine a different part/function of the returned item other than what was communicated during your interaction with the Customer Service team; the return cycle time will be renewed. (6-8 business days)

o If your product matches the conditions above, return requests can be submitted by contacting our customer service team at (+973 32339900), emailing us on ([email protected]) or by messaging our Facebook team on our Facebook page. They will walk you through the process of shipping the product back to us through our shipping partner, free of charge.

o Product(s) that are returned without contacting our Customer Service team will be shipped back to you upon locating your address in our records.

o In case the returned product does not match the conditions above, it will be rejected and will be shipped back to you. If delivery (back to you) fails due to unavailability or was rejected by you, it will be stored at our facility for 3 months, after which you can no longer claim it.

· After performing a quality check on the returned product by our After Sales department (6-8 working days required), you will be able to proceed with one of the below two options:

o Exchanging your product with another one sold on

o Refunding the paid price with one of the refund methods below:

-Voucher refund, sent to your email to be used in your next purchase from

-Credit card refund (if the order was initially paid for using a credit card)

-Cash Refund (if you take the order cash on delivery).

· In case of cash refunds, you will need to provide the below info to our Customer Service team or By Email (

o Full name.

o Bank Account Details (Bank name, Account Number, Swift code, IBAN).

o National ID number.

o In the case of not being able to receive it yourself, please provide a photocopy of the national ID – for the person who will receive it on your behalf – to our Customer Service team. This person will have to sign a proof of delivery to confirm your money has been refunded to you.

Note – only if you pay in cash: in case of a cash refund, our Customer Service team will give you the choice between receiving the refund in cash or in redeemable voucher code that can be used in one or multiple purchases; as long as it has a remaining balance. Please note that your choice between these two options is final and cannot be reversed.
